You can hire jumping castles, bouncy castles, water slides, slip and slides, combo castles, jumpers and action inflatables for kids birthday parties, school events, family days and local events.
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and school holidays. That said, if you need something last minute, WhatsApp us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your 25% deposit via EFT and send you a written confirmation (WhatsApp or email). Until the deposit is received, the date is not held.
Yes! We operate 7 days a week, 08:00–18:00. Weekday bookings are often more available and occasionally attract better rates. Contact us to check.
Delivery is R200 within 20 km of Benoni, and R350 for 20–30 km. Beyond 30 km, WhatsApp us your suburb for a quote. See our Delivery page for full details.
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Our bank details are provided in the booking confirmation email.
Yes — a 25% deposit is required to secure your booking during peak times. The deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 7 days before your event. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay — castle hire + delivery fee (if applicable). Extras like overtime or beyond-range delivery are always discussed upfront before confirmation.
Please ensure: a flat, level area with 1 m clearance on all sides; a 15A power point within 25 m; and a gate or access of at least 1 m wide. For wet units, a garden hose connection within 10 m. Full details on our Delivery page.
Yes — the castle can be placed on grass, paving, concrete, or artificial turf.
No — we deliver your castle and return at the agreed time to collect it. You are responsible for supervision throughout the hire. See our Safety page.
Each unit has its own recommended age range listed on the product page. As a general rule, maximum weight per user is 80 kg. Do not mix very young children (under 5) with older children without separating them. See our Safety page for full details.
Light rain: wet units continue; dry castles should be deflated if surfaces get slippery. Heavy rain, lightning, or winds above 40 km/h: deflate immediately. If weather makes the hire unusable, we reschedule at no penalty. See our Cancellation Policy.
More than 7 days notice: full deposit refund or free reschedule. 2–7 days notice: deposit forfeited, no balance charge. Less than 48 hours: deposit forfeited, call-out fee may apply. Weather cancellations: reschedule at no penalty. Full details on our Cancellation page.
Yes. Every unit is cleaned and inspected when it comes back to us — whether we collect it or the customer drops it off. It’s checked and ready before your event. We take this seriously — every time.
