• Phone number (WhatsApp or mobile)
• Hirer/renter or delivery suburb and address
• Event date and product selected
• Any documents you voluntarily submit with a booking (e.g. proof of payment)
• Your IP address and browser type (collected automatically by our server)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information only for:

• Processing and confirming your booking
• Communicating with you about your hire (collection/delivery times, confirmation, changes)
• Sending payment information (EFT bank details)
• Resolving disputes or complaints
• Legal and audit purposes (booking records)

We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. How We Store Your Information

Booking records are stored in a secure, access-controlled log on our web server. Email communications are stored with our email provider (IONOS). WhatsApp conversations are stored on the WhatsApp platform. We do not store payment card numbers — all payments are made via EFT.

Booking records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with:

• Our email service provider (IONOS) for transactional emails
• Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law

6. Your Rights Under POPIA

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)

Our website does not use tracking cookies or analytics services. The only external requests made by this site are to Google Fonts (for typography) and WhatsApp (for booking links). No personal data is transmitted to these services unless you click a WhatsApp link.
